Complementary Therapies - Fiona Gardiner

I have over 27 years experience in the Complementary Therapies field and currently have a practice in the Craiglockhart / Morningside area of Edinburgh where I offer Aromatherapy Massage, Reflexology, Craniosacral Therapy and Emmett Technique. Each quietly cultivates restoration from within, allowing the body to relax, unwind and rejuvenate.

My therapies are designed for the individual, in both the oils and moves I use. I work intuitively and may use a number of different techniques within one treatment. In my Aromatherapy treatment in particular, I use Emmett Technique which works on the deeper layers of muscle and I find it beneficial as an add-in to help soften restrictions in the tissue.

I am a full member of both the Association of Reflexologists (MAR) and the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists (MIFPA)
