Complementary Therapies - Fiona Gardiner

I have over 24 years experience in the Complementary Therapies field running a practice in the Morningside area of Edinburgh. I have just moved a few miles away to the Craiglockhart area of the city where I offer Aromatherapy Massage, Reflexology, Emmett Technique, Craniosacral Therapy and Hot Stone Fusion Massage. Each quietly cultivates restoration from within, allowing the body to relax, unwind and rejuvenate.

All my therapies are designed for the individual in both the oils and moves I choose. My hands listen to the body and while I prefer the gentler non evasive approach, my massage and reflexology are firm when needed. I may use a number of different techniques within one treatment.  Emmett Technique works on the deeper connective tissue and I find it extremely beneficial as an add-in to help soften deep restrictions in the tissue.

I am a full member of both the Association of Reflexologists (MAR)and the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists (MIFPA)
